for the weekend

Checking in one more time before I adios for the weekend. Wanted to do some cardio today but my butt still hurts! No lifting either, cuz I broke down my arms in a workout yesterday. Biceps are still feeling it. So I took a 30 minute walk. It’s not the best workout. I try to target higher than that, but at least I moved around. After that I got out my stretch dvd and did 30 minutes of it. Hopefully tomorrow my glutes will have come out of their whinyness, and I can do some heavier cardio.

Saturday morning I am having a yard sale. Crossing my fingers that I make some money. At least enough to buy a computer desk. I’d be happy with that. Anything that doesn’t sell is going to the goodwill. I am NOT bringing it back home.
